Agilyx expands its Executive Team

— Agilyx Corporation, a leader in chemical recycling of post-use plastics, announced three new executive additions: Russell Main as Chief Financial Officer, William St. Lawrence as General Counsel, and Robert Walsh as industry advisor for maritime fuels.

Main brings over 25 years of executive finance and operations experience in regulated global environments. He assumes the CFO role from William Cooper, who transitions to focus on business development and growth opportunities.

St. Lawrence contributes 22 years of expertise spanning domestic and international law, including partnerships, securities, M&A, venture capital, IPOs, and corporate governance.

Walsh joins as an advisor for a new maritime fuel platform utilizing post-use plastics to create ultra-low sulfur, low-carbon fuels complying with International Maritime Organization regulations limiting oceangoing vessel fuel to 0.5% sulfur content.
