Reference is made to the announcement by Oslo Stock Exchange on September 13, 2022, regarding the approval of the transfer of listing of the shares in Agilyx ASA from trading on Euronext Growth Oslo to the Oslo Stock Exchange’s main list.

The first day of trading of the company’s shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange’s main list is expected to be on September 16, 2022. Consequently, the last day of trading of the company’s shares on Euronext Growth Oslo is expected to be September 15, 2022.

Agilyx has prepared a prospectus in connection with the listing of its shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange’s main list. The prospectus was approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority on September 13, 2022, and will be available at the company's web page from September 16, 2022 at 8.00 a.m. CET at https://www.agilyx.com/investors/reports-presentations/.
